BIOGRAPHY

Radhouane Cherif is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with over 20 years of experience in European pharmaceutical regulation, spanning both the pharmaceutical industry and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). He joined the EMA in 2008 as part of the Human Medicines Division and, since 2022, has served as Senior International Liaison Officer within the International Affairs Department. Over the course of his tenure at the EMA, Mr Cherif has held several key leadership positions, including Head of the Quality Assurance Department and Head of the Telematics Office, where he played a pivotal role in advancing quality systems and digital transformation initiatives. A pharmacist by training, he also holds postgraduate degrees in European regulatory affairs and health economics. His deep expertise and strategic vision continue to contribute to strengthening regulatory collaboration and innovation at the global level.
