BIOGRAPHY

Nomathamsanqa “Noma” Bhebhe is a Programme Officer at AUDA-NEPAD, leading the Programme for Investment and Financing in Africa’s Health Sector (PIFAH). She advances Africa’s health-financing agenda through innovative investment models and supports the launch of Regional Health Financing Hubs and country funding mobilization. Previously with PortfolioMetrix in investment management and fintech, Noma combines financial and development expertise. She holds degrees in Investment and Financial Management (University of Pretoria) and an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from SOAS, University of London, and is pursuing a Master’s in Health Economics at the University of York.
