BIOGRAPHY

Elena is a trained pharmacist with a master’s degree in pharmaceutical industry and technology.
She joined the European Medicines Agency in October 2016, initially in the Quality Office, and then worked in several positions as Scientific Officer in the Paediatric Medicines Office, as Procedure Manager in the Evaluation Division, and as International Affairs Officer in the International Affairs Division.
Elena began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining experience in both manufacturing and research and development before transitioning to regulatory affairs.
