Dr Abou Aw Dia is a pharmacist with a university degree in vaccinology and a scientific researcher with recognised expertise in pharmaceutical regulation. He is an expert in the WHO Global Benchmarking Tool (GBT) and serves as a thesis supervisor for students, contributing to academic and professional capacity building in the pharmaceutical field.
Dr Aw Dia has extensive experience in the evaluation of marketing authorisation applications, vaccine lot control and release, and pharmaceutical regulation. He is also trained in ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), demonstrating a strong commitment to regulatory excellence and quality assurance.
