BIOGRAPHY

Angelika Joos is a pharmacist by training. She currently is Executive Director of Science & Regulatory Policy at MSD, leading international clinical research policy and intelligence topics. With over 25 years in regulatory affairs, Angelika drives strategic initiatives that shape clinical research environments, advises senior leadership on emerging regulatory trends, and represents MSD in key industry and advocacy forums. She has extensive experience collaborating with international organizations (EMA, ICH, WHO, APEC), supporting regulatory innovation in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Angelika is an active member of the IFPMA Africa Regulatory Network.
