Mr Olivier Ducamp is the Senior Manager for Quality Assurance and Compliance in the Supply Operations Department at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (The Global Fund). He leads a team dedicated to supporting countries in ensuring the quality and compliance of health products procured through Global Fund-supported programmes. His work centres on the adoption and implementation of quality assurance policies, the adherence to guidelines across the health product value chain, and the strengthening of regulatory systems. Mr Olivier Ducamp joined The Global Fund in early 2024, bringing with him 27 years of experience across both the private and public sectors. His career spans senior leadership roles in corporate quality and regulatory affairs for international life science companies, service as a public health inspector within national regulatory authorities, and work as a biomedical engineer in hospital settings. Originally from France, Mr Olivier Ducamp holds three masterβs degrees: one in biomedical engineering, one in business administration, and one in technological research in engineering management. His multidisciplinary background and global perspective make him a key contributor to advancing health product quality and compliance capacity in low- and middle-income countries.
