Stay safe during your visit

General Safety Tips

  • Keep your valuables secure and avoid displaying expensive items in public
  • Use hotel safes for passports, extra cash, and important documents
  • Always use licensed taxis or ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt)
  • Stay in well-lit, populated areas, especially at night
  • Keep emergency contacts saved in your phone

Health & Wellness

  • Stay hydrated - drink plenty of bottled water in the tropical climate
  • Use sunscreen (SPF 30+) and wear a hat when outdoors
  • Bring any prescription medications in original containers
  • Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer
  • Avoid tap water - drink only bottled or boiled water

Health Protocols

  • Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the venue
  • Masks are optional but recommended in crowded areas
  • Stay home if you feel unwell
  • Medical support available at the venue

Beach Safety

  • Swim only in designated areas with lifeguards present
  • Be aware of tides and currents - follow lifeguard instructions
  • Don't leave valuables unattended on the beach
  • Apply waterproof sunscreen before swimming

Emergency Procedures

  • 1. In case of fire, use nearest exit and proceed to assembly point
  • 2. For medical emergencies, call 999 or contact venue staff
  • 3. Know the location of fire exits and first aid stations
  • 4. Follow instructions from security and venue staff
